Training and Graduation Documents Authentication

1. Enter the practitioner’s ID number to verify their training and graduation documents.

2. Click on the acknowledgment agreement checkbox.

3. Click the "Search" button.

1. The service must be used by an official entity (healthcare facility or recruitment department).

2. Consent of the certificate holder is required prior to verification.

3. The certificate must be issued from October 2017 onward to ensure an electronic record exists.

4. If the certificate was issued before 2017 or has no electronic record, SCFHS must be contacted via email ver.training@scfhs.org for manual assistance. لايوجد
