The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) places great importance on electronic participation services, as they provide members with the opportunity to freely express their opinions and engage directly regarding the services provided to them. This ensures that feedback reaches the relevant stakeholders to support continuous service improvement and development.
The public may share their ideas and suggestions with the Commission through the approved national electronic participation platforms (Tafaul) and (Istitlaa) in accordance with the (Electronic Participation Guidelines).
The entity responsible for supervising electronic participation and managing idea submissions through participation and electronic consultation channels is the Customer Experience Department.
1. Electronic Participation Policy
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is committed to receiving and following up on all contributions from its members in a manner that ensures compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Commission reserves the right to refrain from publishing or to remove any participation it deems to be in violation of this policy or applicable laws and regulations.
Terms and Conditions of Electronic Participation:
- Compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Submissions must be written in clear and understandable language.
- Refraining from using any offensive, inappropriate, or defamatory language toward individuals or entities.
- Contributions must be serious, clear, and concise.
- Personal data must not be published or included, such as names, contact information, or addresses.
- Submissions must not violate any legal rights or intellectual property rights.
2. Electronic Consultations
In order to collect, study, develop, and activate proposed ideas in alignment with the objectives and strategies of Saudi Vision 2030, the Commission engages beneficiaries by inviting their feedback through consultations made available to all targeted groups on approved electronic participation platforms, as follows:
- Consultations and surveys aimed at gathering public opinions through the Tafaul Platform. Users may also review and participate in ongoing consultations (Click here).
- Projects, regulations, bylaws, and decisions through the Istitlaa Platform.
3. Co-Creation and Ideas
The Commission is keen to empower its members and relevant entities by involving them as key partners in the service development process. The Commission also welcomes improvement ideas and initiatives from its members through email and via the “Add an Idea” service.
4. Open Data and Data Sharing
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties aims to regulate the processes, procedures, and responsibilities related to data sharing with its members, while clarifying the necessary controls for data management and protection based on the following core principles:

If the required data is not available, a request may be submitted through the Data Sharing Request Form (Click here) or by contacting the Commission via email.
The Commission also provides a set of customized data dashboards for specific entities and their staff, such as college deans, committee chairs, and authorized representatives for academic and training affairs, through (Click here).

5. Surveys and Feedback
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is committed to measuring member satisfaction with the services provided and offering a safe channel for submitting complaints and suggestions, with the aim of improving work procedures and enhancing service performance.

Members of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties may evaluate their service experience through surveys sent after the completion of the service.
