Shared-to-Training Unit Program Conversion

1. The training center submits a request to convert a jointly accredited training program into a training unit using the designated form, duly signed by the legal representative for academic and training affairs.

2. Support for the conversion request must be provided by the Chair of the Joint Training Committee (Associate Executive Director for Training) within the training sector.

3. Specify the start date for implementing the conversion of the jointly accredited training program into a training unit, with acknowledgment of the resulting obligations.

4. Submit all required documents to the programmatic accreditation email.

5. Review by the Commission.

6. Issuance of the decision.

3. Completion of the Remote Programmatic Accreditation Visit Form, if the visit is conducted remotely.
