You can obtain a license for the National Center for E-Learning by filling out the attached electronic platforms reference letter on the continuous platform and going to the National Center for E-Learning to complete the procedures and obtain the license.

Yes, you can apply again after a full year has passed since the rejection decision.

You can do this by logging into Mustamir platform and applying for the entity’s data update service

The entity did not meet all the criteria for accrediting the entities in the required form and was granted conditional accreditation, so that the performance of the entity will be monitored during the period of supervision of the concerned standards and to ensure that they are met.

The period of accreditation of the entity to provide activities and professional development programs is three years, and the entity is bound to renew the accreditation granted to it six to three months before its expiry.

The report aims to provide an objective and comparative assessment of universities’ performance in the Professional Licensure Examinations, supporting the improvement of educational outcomes and enhancing alignment with professional practice requirements.

University Professional Licensure Examination Reports: Official analytical reports prepared for strategic purposes, presenting aggregated results based on an approved methodology and on a broader scope that includes cross-university comparisons.

No. The reports do not adopt a competitive ranking approach. Instead, universities are classified into comparable performance categories. This approach aims to analyze performance levels and identify improvement opportunities without placing universities in a direct competitive sequence.

Data were processed prior to analysis through two main steps:

• Excluding outliers to ensure fairness of the calculated averages.
• Excluding universities with very small sample sizes (N < 5), as such samples are statistically unstable and do not allow for reliable comparisons.

Outliers are extreme scores that deviate substantially from a university’s average and may disproportionately affect the mean by artificially inflating or deflating it.

Because results based on very small numbers are statistically unstable; for example, the pass or fail outcome of a single candidate may significantly alter the average score or pass rate. Therefore, universities with fewer than five attempts during the measurement period are excluded to preserve result reliability.

Performance categories were developed using cluster analysis (K-Means), a statistical method that groups universities/colleges into clusters with similar performance levels rather than ranking them. This analysis relies on a set of key indicators, including mean scores, confidence intervals, and pass rates, enabling a fair and objective classification that reflects genuine performance differences.

Universities are classified based on four key indicators that summarize performance and stability:

• Mean Score)/li>
• Pass Rate)/li>
• Lower Confidence Interval (Lower CI)
• Upper Confidence Interval (Upper CI)

In simple terms, the assessment does not rely solely on the pass rate but also considers the consistency and stability of results.

The pass rate is calculated using an attempts-based methodology (all attempts), according to the following formula:

Pass Rate (%) = (Number of passing attempts during the academic year ÷ Total number of attempts during the academic year) × 100

The number of attempts (N) represents the total number of times the exam was taken during the measurement period by students affiliated with the college. Each attempt is counted as an independent measurement unit, regardless of whether the attempts were repeated by the same individual.

Because this approach treats all exam entries as independent measurement units, providing a more accurate and consistent reading of performance over time compared to calculating only the final result for each individual.

Because the pass rate alone does not fully reflect performance quality. A university may achieve a high pass rate while its mean scores remain close to the minimum threshold, or vice versa.

This is verified using a statistical test (ANOVA) to confirm that the differences between performance categories represent statistically significant differences.

The data used is based on information entered by applicants through the "Exam Eligibility" and "Professional Classification" services. While the data undergoes basic quality control procedures, its accuracy and completeness depend on the data entered and updated via the platform. Educational institutions are expected to review the data and report any potential observations through the approved channels.
