The Flexible Training Pathway of the Saudi Board

A digital hub supporting the Flexible Pathway of the Saudi Board of Family and Community Medicine through a Hub-and-Spoke model. It provides working practitioners and primary care physicians across different regions of the Kingdom with access to a structured, competency-based training pathway while enabling them to continue their professional and clinical duties. The platform supports digital learning and workplace-based training, Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs), workplace-based assessments (WBAs), e-Portfolio management, academic mentorship, feedback, and progress monitoring through role-based dashboards for trainees, trainers, supervisors, mentors, and program directors.
