Assignment of Academic Mentor for Saudi Board Programs
A proactive digital service that assigns an accredited academic mentor to a Saudi Board trainee based on their specialty and training center. The service is provided automatically without requiring the trainee to submit a mentor assignment request once their academic mentorship application is approved. The system completes the matching process, assigns the mentor, and notifies both parties.
1. Mentorship application accepted.
2. Trainee–mentor matching by specialty and training centre.
3. Mentor assigned and both parties notified on Mumaris+.
4. Mentoring sessions begin per the mentorship guide.
