1. The trainer must be actively involved in a health postgraduate program that is institutionally or programmatically accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), with priority given to applicants holding qualifications in health professions education.
2. The trainer must have attended at least one “ToT on the Go” workshop for the pathway in which they seek accreditation as a speaker.
3. The applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a trainer in a postgraduate program.
4. The application must be nominated by the authorized Academic Affairs Representative through attaching an official nomination letter for the applicant within the application form, using the required template.
5. The applicant must complete an electronic declaration form committing to attend and complete the ToT-Pro workshops.
6. The applicant must commit to completing the ToT-Pro workshop. In the event of withdrawal before the first phase of the program, an official letter must be submitted by the authorized Academic Affairs Representative nominating an alternative candidate from the same training center.
