1. Access the service page.

2. Submit a new request.

3. Complete the service application form.

4. Agree to the declaration and acknowledgment.

5. Submit the request.

6. Upon approval of the request, the applicant will receive the virtual meeting link for the activity.

1. Submit the service request at least three (3) business days prior to the activity date, during official working hours.

2. Provide complete and accurate contact details of the activity coordinator.

3. Specify the exact and confirmed time of the activity.
