HAYAD - Electronic Grievance Service

1. Log in to the Mumaris Plus platform and select the service

2. Complete the application details

3. Upload the required supporting documents

4. Pay the service fees

5. Submit the application

1. Final issuance of a decision concerning a health practitioner, trainee, or an entity benefiting from SCFHS services.

2. The objection to the final decision must be submitted to the competent department through the (Tawasul) electronic ticketing system.

3. The grievance must be submitted within sixty (60) days from the date of becoming aware of the contested decision.

4. The applicant must have a direct interest in the final decision.

5. There must be no pending court case related to the applicant concerning the same subject of the grievance.

6. There must be no final judicial ruling issued concerning the applicant on the same subject of the grievance.
