5. Submission of authentication results for qualifications, certificates, or experience from an approved authentication body.
Second: Re-classification based on a new academic or professional qualification
6. Submission of the new academic or professional qualification showing title, specialization, and graduation date.
7. Submission of an academic transcript indicating program details and duration.
8. Submission of practical training or internship certificate when applicable.
9. Submission of Ministry of Education equivalency for qualifications obtained outside the Kingdom (for Saudi applicants).
Third: Re-classification based on completion of professional experience
10. Submission of a professional experience letter issued by the employer confirming clinical practice with start and end dates.
11. Submission of a professional practice license covering the full experience period when required.
12. Submission of a Social Insurance statement for Saudi applicants when requested. Fourth: Re-classification to remove a restriction on the professional classification

14. Fulfillment of the required experience period to remove the restriction according to the professional category and specialty.
