The Major Specialty Program Establishment Service (Level I – Category A) enables training institutions to apply for establishing advanced primary health specialty programs directly linked to a health profession (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health). The program must have an established training origin and a final examination supervised by the national health training authority in one of the six benchmark countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Australia). Applicants must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree, and the program leads to professional classification upon completing all requirements.
1. Submit the application through the SCFHS portal and verify completeness.
2. Technical evaluation by the relevant Scientific Committee.
3. Review by related Scientific Boards and Councils.
4. Recommendation issued by the Central Training Committee.
5. Final approval by the Executive Board for Training & Education.
6. Development and endorsement of the final curriculum.
7. Development of accreditation standards for participating training centers.
8. Listing the program in the admissions portal
