For You, We Pursue

1. Access the SCFHS electronic portal.

2. Select the "For You, We Pursue" service from the e-services menu.

3. Fill out the request form with the required information (entity details – expected attendees – visit location).

4. Choose the proposed date for the visit.

5. Submit the request and wait for SCFHS approval and confirmation.

6. Receive the SCFHS team on the scheduled date and coordinate the visit through the assigned coordinator.

7. Follow up on any pending requests or actions during or after the visit (may be processed within 5 working days).

1. The requester must be an official entity (a healthcare institution or a university).

2. The request must be submitted at least 8 working days before the proposed visit date.

3. The expected number of attendees must be at least 15 persons.

4. The visit location must be clearly specified within the institution or university.

5. A designated coordinator from the requesting entity must be available during the visit.

6. A suitable environment must be provided to accommodate the SCFHS visiting team.
