• Professional Experience Letter

It must be issued by the Personnel Affairs Department or the facility's representative, proving the clinical practice in the field of specialization, the professional category, the date of start and end of work, and the date of issuance of the letter

• Professional Practice License

Issued by the provincial health affairs and covers the entire experience provided by the private sector

As for those who were during that period in a training program that ended with obtaining a qualification, relevant proof is acceptable.
