In its efforts to support training in postgraduate healthcare programs, Saudi Commission For Health Specialties (SCFHS) is pleased to present the National Framework for “Da’em” in order to enhance well-being and combat burnout in the training environment.
The following framework document will introduce the concept of well-being and combating burnout to training centers accredited by SCFHS. In addition to that, the framework proposes a model of wellbeing that describes the interaction between trainees, programs, institutions, and SCFHS.
We are also pleased to provide our partners in our accredited training center with Da’em policies and procedures to establish wellbeing committees, wellbeing clinics, and institutional references of experts.
