The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) announced today that applications are now open for the 2027 Saudi Board programs in medical and surgical subspecialties and the Clinical Pharmacy major specialty through the electronic application and matching portal.
The Commission stated that applications will be accepted until the end of the day on July 23, while interviews will be conducted from August 3 to September 3. September 3 will also be the deadline for candidates to rank their training center preferences through the electronic portal and for committees to upload the results.
The final matching process will then take place. Results for the medical and surgical subspecialty programs will be announced on November 9, while results for the Clinical Pharmacy major specialty program will be announced on November 16. Training programs will commence on January 1, 2027.
The Commission urged prospective applicants to review the application requirements published on its electronic portal, ensure that they meet all requirements before the specified deadlines, and review the timeline for each specialty.
