The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) celebrated today the graduation of 73 male and female trainees from its 2025 Leadership Development Programs, namely the Women Leaders in Healthcare Sector Program, Jadeer Program, and Namaa Program. The graduation ceremony was held at SCFHS’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The Leadership Development Programs align with the significant transformation taking place within Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector by empowering and qualifying national talents to become leaders capable of improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and enhancing accessibility. These programs also contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and investment in human capital through specialized development pathways that strengthen leadership competencies and prepare participants to assume impactful leadership roles. This, in turn, supports the implementation of international best practices and positively contributes to the advancement of professional healthcare performance and the sustainability of healthcare sector transformation.
The Women Leaders in Healthcare Sector Program graduated 26 female leaders holding leadership positions within the healthcare sector, with the aim of empowering national female leaders to serve as pioneering role models in supporting the healthcare transformation journey.
Meanwhile, the Namaa Program graduated 24 male and female leaders, while the Jadeer Program graduated 23 male and female leaders from among the Commission’s employees. These programs aim to enhance participants’ leadership capabilities in support of achieving the Commission’s strategic objectives.
