1. Submit the request through the service portal with completed information

1. The applicant must be registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

2. The applicant must have been subjected to verbal abuse, physical assault, harassment, or defamation.

3. The incident must not be between one health practitioner and another health practitioner.

4. Only incidents that occurred on or after May 1, 2018, are accepted; incidents that occurred before this date will not be accepted.

5. The incident must be related to the applicant’s professional practice.
