The Subspecialty Major Program Establishment Service (Level II) enables training institutions to apply for establishing advanced subspecialty programs directly linked to a major specialty. The profession cannot be practiced without completing formal training and obtaining the required qualification. Admission requires completion of the major specialty program. The subspecialty program must have an established origin and a final examination supervised by the national health training authority in one of the six benchmark countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Australia). The program leads to professional classification upon completion.
1. Submit the application through the SCFHS portal and verify completeness.
2. Technical evaluation by the relevant Scientific Committee.
3. Review by related Scientific Boards and Councils.
4. Recommendation issued by the Central Training Committee.
5. Final approval by the Executive Board for Training & Education.
6. Development and endorsement of the final curriculum.
7. Development of accreditation standards for participating training centers.
8. Listing the program in the admissions portal
