1. Receive and review the application to ensure all requirements are met.
2. The application is reviewed by the Committee for Program Establishment Requests.
3. Notify the applicant (request submitter / academic affairs representative of the training center) of the committee’s recommendation.
4. Provide the applicant with the Level III templates and the designated department responsible for receiving the submission.
5. Obtain the recommendation of the Central Training Committee.
6. Approve the program establishment request by the Executive Board for Training and Education.
1. Program plan in accordance with the Commission’s approved template.
2. Justifications for establishing the program and the national need.
3. Evidence of the program’s linkage to a main specialty or a main subspecialty.
4. Completion of training in the main specialty or main subspecialty is required prior to admission.
5. General program structure (duration, levels, training units, assessment methods).
6. Accreditation standards for participating training centers.
7. Availability of qualified human resources for training.
8. Documents and forms required by the Scientific Committee.
