The Diploma Program Establishment Service (Level I – Category C) enables training institutions to apply for establishing diploma-level programs that are not necessarily directly or exclusively linked to one of the core health specialties (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health). Admission is permitted for individuals holding a Bachelor's degree in a health specialty, a diploma, a major specialty qualification, a major subspecialty, or a minor subspecialty qualification. The program leads to qualification recognition rather than direct professional classification.
1. Submit the application through the SCFHS portal and verify completeness.
2. Technical evaluation by the relevant Scientific Committee.
3. Review by related Scientific Boards and Councils.
4. Recommendation issued by the Central Training Committee.
5. Final approval by the Executive Board for Training & Education.
6. Development and endorsement of the final curriculum.
7. Development of accreditation standards for participating training centers.
8. Listing the program in the admissions portal
