1. Log in to the entity account on the Mustamir platform.
2. Select the accredited CPD activity to be postponed or canceled.
3. Select the Postpone Activity or Cancel Activity service.
4. Complete the electronic application form, stating the reason and the proposed new date (if applicable).
5. Submit the request via the platform.
6. Review of the request by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
7. Update the activity status and notify the entity and beneficiaries of the decision via the platform.
1. The applicant entity must be accredited as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
2. The CPD activity must be previously accredited and registered on the Mustamir platform.
3. Submit the postponement or cancellation request prior to the scheduled activity date in accordance with approved regulations.
4. Provide justification for the postponement or cancellation and specify the proposed new date in case of postponement.
5. Comply with the policies and procedures governing postponement or cancellation of CPD activities approved by the Commission.
