Examination Integrity Rules
In order to ensure the integrity and quality of examinations, and in commitment to the principles of fairness and equal opportunity, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialities emphasizes the necessity for all candidates to comply with the approved laws and regulations, and to avoid any practices that may affect the integrity of examination procedures or the credibility of their results, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are considered explicit violations of the approved laws and instructions, including but not limited to:

Attempting to obtain, provide, or circulate examination materials without authorization, including accessing or sharing examination items through any unauthorized means.

Communicating with examiners or examination teams in any manner, whether before, during, or after the examination, for the purpose of obtaining examination items, answers, or results.

Sitting for an examination for which the candidate is not eligible, with emphasis on verifying the accuracy of personal information prior to the examination.

Providing or receiving unauthorized assistance during the examination, which constitutes a violation subject to accountability under the approved regulations.

Unprofessional conduct within examination centers, such as verbal or physical harassment, or any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Possession of prohibited materials or tools inside the examination hall, including books, electronic devices, or any unauthorized items.

Attempting to alter or manipulate examination results, which is considered a serious violation subject to strict penalties.
Purpose of the Rules
The examination integrity rules aim to:

Penalties for Violations
Penalties are applied based on the nature and severity of the violation, in accordance with the Commission’s approved laws and regulations, and may include:

A written warning in minor cases.

Cancellation of the examination result.

Suspension from taking the examination for a period ranging from six months to three years.

Permanent disqualification from taking the examination.
