2. Review the eligibility criteria and requirements for registration as an accreditation surveyor.
3. Complete the online application form for accreditation surveyor enrollment.
4. Attach the required documents as specified in the application form.
5. Confirm the accuracy of the submitted information and agree to the relevant policies and regulations.
6. Submit the application electronically to the Commission.
7. Review of the application by the competent department at the Commission.
8. Notification of the applicant with the application outcome (approval or rejection) through the approved communication channels.
9. In case of approval, complete the additional requirements such as attending workshops and signing contracts and declarations.
1. The applicant must hold a Consultant classification (or its equivalent) in their specialty, issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
2. The applicant must be actively involved in the training process and have a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as a Consultant (or equivalent).
3. Willingness to conduct accreditation evaluation visits for a minimum of five (5) working days per year.
4. Commitment to completing the Accreditation Assessors Workshop and the designated electronic training program for accreditation assessors.
5. Commitment to complying with the regulations, executive rules, policies, and procedures related to institutional and programmatic accreditation and accreditation assessors.
6. Commitment to signing a consultancy services contract to participate in the evaluation of training centers and programs.
7. Commitment to signing the declaration of conflict of interest and the confidentiality and information protection agreement.
