1. Log in to the Mumaris Plus Business and select “Services” from the main menu.
2. Select the service “Exception from the Experience Requirement for Registration at the Consultant Level.”
3. Click on “Create New Application.”
4. Click on “Apply” at the bottom of the service page.
5. Click on “Accept” after reviewing the declaration.
6. Enter the classification number of the practitioner for whom the exception is requested.
7. Click on the declaration checkbox to confirm acceptance.
8. Enter the verification code.
9. Select (Yes / No) to indicate whether the first endorser has a valid classification number, provided that the endorser is a Consultant in the same general specialty as the practitioner.
10. If the answer is “Yes,” enter the classification number of the first endorser; if the answer is “No,” upload the endorsement letter in accordance with the conditions stated on the application page.
11. Select (Yes / No) to indicate whether the second endorser has a valid classification number, provided that the endorser is a Consultant in the same general specialty as the practitioner.
12. If the answer is “Yes,” enter the classification number of the second endorser; if the answer is “No,” upload the endorsement letter in accordance with the conditions stated on the application page.
13. Click “Save” to submit the application.
14. The application has been submitted. You may track the application status through the Applications page and via notifications sent to your email.
