1. Access the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties portal.
2. Log in to the beneficiary’s account on the Mumaris Plus platform.
3. Select the Fee Refund service from the electronic services list.
4. Select the request or invoice for which a refund is required.
5. Complete the fee refund request form and attach supporting documents (if any).
6. Acknowledge the accuracy of the information and agree to the terms and policies.
7. Submit the fee refund request.
8. The Commission reviews the request and verifies compliance with the requirements.
9. The applicant is notified of acceptance or rejection within a maximum of 15 business days.
10. If approved, the eligible amount is refunded through the Financial Department within a maximum of 14 business days.
1. The applicant is not entitled to request a refund of administrative fees.
2. The applicant is not entitled to request a refund for services that have already been utilized or reviewed by the Commission.
3. The applicant is not entitled to a refund if they applied for services without meeting the required terms and conditions.
4. The applicant is entitled to a 50% refund of the service fee if the request is canceled within one month from the payment date and before attending the professional assessment.
5. Fees are non-refundable if the request is canceled or rejected due to failure to complete additional requirements within 30 days from the application date.
6. Service fees are non-refundable after more than one month from the application date or after attending the professional assessment.
7. The applicant is entitled to a full or partial refund if extra amounts were paid beyond the approved fees.
8. The applicant is entitled to a refund if payment was made more than once for the same invoice, subject to proof.
9. The applicant is entitled to a refund if payment was made for unrequested services based on written guidance from a Commission employee or the Mumaris Plus system.
10. The applicant is entitled to a refund if the request was directed to an incorrect path by a Commission employee or the Mumaris Plus system.
11. The applicant is entitled to a refund of late fees for re-registration upon proving submission of multiple correction requests before registration expiry.
12. Exempted categories from classification and professional registration fees include first-degree relatives of fallen duty martyrs (non-retroactive).
13. Exemptions also include any category or individual cases approved by a decision issued by the Secretary General in accordance with the regulations.
