2-Go to Appeal against test result Service, Submit an objection request by completing the objection form in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

3. Conduct an initial review of the request by the competent department to ensure that all conditions and requirements are met.

4. Pay the objection fees in accordance with the SLA within the specified timeframe.

5. Review and evaluate the objection request by the Executive Assessment Department through a comprehensive assessment.

6. Notify the applicant of the final decision regarding the objection.

1. The objection request must be submitted within a maximum of ten (10) days from the date the examination result is issued.

2. The fees must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of the payment notification.
