Registered Center To host ToT on the go workshop

1. Access the SCFHS online portal.

2. Complete the application form for registering a ToT training center.

3. Attach the required documents, including the official request letter, facilitators’ CVs, and facility readiness details.

4. The application will be reviewed by the Trainer Development Committee.

5. A site evaluation visit may be conducted if necessary.

6. Upon approval, the center will be listed as a registered ToT training center.

1. The training center must be institutionally accredited by SCFHS for postgraduate health programs.

2. An official letter from the Academic Affairs authorized representative must be submitted requesting registration as a ToT activity center.

3. ToT workshops must target trainers involved in postgraduate training at SCFHS-accredited centers.

4. Each workshop must be delivered by two SCFHS-certified facilitators.

5. The center must have at least two certified facilitators, with 15 participants per facilitator.

6. Suitable halls must be provided, accommodating 30 participants, with the option to increase to 45 participants with an additional facilitator.

7. In case of cancellation or postponement, participants, facilitators, evaluator, and the trainer development team must be notified 10 days prior to the workshop date.

8. If the evaluator confirms the center’s capability to host workshops continuously, it will be registered as an approved ToT training center.
