Withdraw Program Accreditation
A service that enables training entities to request the withdrawal of programmatic accreditation for an accredited training program from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in accordance with the approved procedures and standards.
1. Complete the Programmatic Accreditation Withdrawal Application Form based on the training center’s request, submitted by the legal representative for academic and training affairs at the training center.
2. Submit the form to the programmatic accreditation email.
3. Review by the Commission.
4. Issuance of the decision.
