Add Training Site to Program

1. The training center submits a request to add a training site to the accredited training program using the designated form, duly signed by the legal representative for academic and training affairs.

2. Submit all required documents to the programmatic accreditation email.

3. Review by the Commission.

4. Issuance of the addition decision.

3. Attached the Trainer CVs and a copy of the Electronic Professional Classification and Registration record issued through Mumaris Plus.

4. Filling the Virtual Program Accreditation Survey Visit Form, if the visit will be a virtual visit (click here).
