Postponement / Dropping-out / Withdrawal

This service allows trainees of the Saudi Specialty Certificate and Fellowship Programs to submit requests for dropping-out / withdrawal/postponement

Conditions of Withdrawal /Freeze /Discontinuation submission :

1/ Form of request has to be filled and submitted upon securing the necessary approvals signatories (click Here)

2/ Freeze applications shall be submitted from 1^st  of  Aug till 31 Aug for general specialties and from 1^st Nov to 31 Nov for subspecialties .

3/ Trainee shall notify his training entity about the final resolution once received approvals.

4/ Timeframe for processing the request once submitted is 20 working days .
