Requirements for re-classification based on new qualifications
It shall include the date of issuance, the date of graduation, the title of the certificate, and the specialization.
It shall indicate the details of the program, such as the duration, the date of joining the training, and the date of completion. (This requirement is for physicians, dentists, applied medical sciences, and pharmaciests)
It must be valid and issued by the relevant official authority in the applicant’s country in which he/she practiced work before arrival in the Kingdom. In the absence of an official body for professional registration, an official letter issued by the Ministry of Health in the applicant’s country must be attached.
(For applicants on the job) It must be issued within three months prior to submitting the application from the Personnel Affairs Department or the facility's representative, proving clinical practice in the field of specialization, the professional category, and the date of starting work.

Graduates of Saudi universities.
Non-Saudis who holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and have valid professional registration from their country.
The authentication result of qualifications issued outside the Kingdom, considering the following:
- If the classification application is based on a bachelor’s degree only, the bachelor’s certificate must be authenticated
- If the classification application is based on postgraduate higher degrees, it is a must to authenticate the higher degrees without the need to authenticate the bachelor's degree.
Qualifications obtained by Saudis from outside the Kingdom and have been equalized by the Ministry of Education are exempted from the authentication requirement
- The authentication result of the professional registration certificate, if any, or the letter of the Ministry of Health in the applicant's country
- The authentication result of the foreign experience letter(s) received after the qualification, if any
