Any Saudi female leader in any health sector organization who has at least 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management role, is eligible to apply for the program.

The program will be conducted in English. Participants will be required to interact verbally in English and all projects, assignments, discussions and presentations will be in English.

Yes. Three of the modules require you to attend in person in Riyadh for three consecutive days a few weeks apart and the final module will take place over five consecutive days in Madrid, Spain.
