Institutional Accreditation is the process of accrediting training centers after meeting the institutional accreditation standards, allowing the center to be part of the training process. .
Requirements of Institutional Accreditation:
1. Reviewing and adherence to regulations and bylaws of Institutional and Program Accreditation (Here).
2.Reviewing Institutional Accreditation standards (Here) and filling self-evaluation form (Here) .
3.Reviewing Program Accreditation standards for the first program to be accredited (Here) .
4.Filling the Institutional Accreditation request form (Here).
5. Payment of the Institutional Accreditation fees (Fifty thousand Saudi Riyals for the whole validity period) that includes program accreditation fees of the first accredited program in the training center in the first year of Accreditation.Fees should be deposited to SCFHS bank account below.
6.A letter signed and stamped by the Chief Executive Officer (or a delegate) authorized to sign on behalf of the healthcare institution, addressed to the Executive Accreditation Administration in SCFHS along with all requirements.
Applying for Institutional Accreditation:
1. The health institution shall apply for institutional accreditation by submitting the Institutional Accreditation form signed by the Chief Executive Officer (or a delegate) authorized to sign on behalf of the healthcare institution (Here) along with a letter addressed to Executive Accreditation Administration in SCFHS demonstrating the training center desire to get accredited. All requirements shall be sent to the Institutional Accreditation email below.
2.After reviewing the request and ensuring all requirements are met, a team of accreditation surveyors will be sent to visit and evaluate the training center in terms of meeting the standards of Program and Institutional Accreditation.
3.A report on the visit by the Institutional and Program Accreditation surveyors will be presented to the competent committee.
4.If all Institutional and Program Accreditation standards are met, an institutional accreditation certificate will be issued and will be sent to the training center along with Program Accreditation decision.
